Alright, ever since I installed messenger plus, I've been having some problems loading msn upon starting my computer.  The program would load into the tray but then the tray icon would freeze and not sign on or open the messenger after I dial into my ISP.  After about 1 or 2 minutes, it somehow unfreezes and msn messenger allows me to sign in.  I tried uninstalling messenger plus then it started working fine.  I mainly use messenger plus because I want to open my hotmail inbox in my mozilla browser.  Without messenger plus, it would open in Internet Explorer.  Does anyone have any solutions?  Thanks!

It's because of the way Plus hooks MSN. I'm not sure if there's a fix atm, but I'll keep a lookout.

But it goes back to normal after 1 or 2 minutes.  Is this a glitch that hasn't been fixed yet?

Sorry to repeat myself, but I did explain fully IMO.

I have seen this problem myself though, and I'm sure others have too. It's only a matter of time until someone figures out the reason and fixes it.

could this be a problem with adware or smiley central??

I've already scanned my compute for adware using spybot s&d and adaware but there are no traces of adware/spyware.  I didin't install the sponsor program for messenger plus either.  I haven't downloaded anything from smiley central either.
