how do i make video to GIF format......for free, tgher is programs that make u pay and shit but ya....

well you can do it with Camtasia studio...they may have a trial version.


Note: Changing a moie to GIF format will cause the video to loose sound and image quality, aswell as a lower frame rate.

I presume he wants it so that he can film something, then turn it into an avatar...

You can do this by opening the cvideo in windows movie maker, then break down the frames...

Not true, I've taken a 25fps movie and made it into a 25fps .gif file in Jasc Animation Shop...

think about the size... but yeah it won't have sound any more, and a gif can only have 256 colors remember...
