Thanks for those. Wincustomize seems to be down right now (too much traffic) so I'll try again later today after school . Thanks again .

Couple of questions:

1) Does that theme come with Windows Blinds? If not which one are you using?

2) Only Object Dock is freeware; do the other ones expire (Object Bar and Icon Packager)?

3) Does Object Dock contain any adware/spyware or is it free with no hidden attachments (makes me wonder since the other two are paid programs)?

That bar is NOT default in windows, so it's prolly from windowblinds, check it out and remove it.
