I am using Messenger 6.2 at my computer.
when i typed some words and enter it wil remaining a 6 seconds before the message will be send.

What could this be?

your msn messenger/computer might be lagging. Try rebooting.

try defraging your hard drive it sounds like your computers just running slow a defrag should fix that go to start menu then program files then accessories then system tools and you will see disk defragmenter run that and everything should be fine.

Do you have any Messenger Plus! Plugins installed? There were known issues previously with plugins causing a delay when sending messages.
