I donwloaded the program and i went to Messenger Plus prefe. then plug in .. and the cofigure of the new plug in i donwloaded and then i marked the over-sized of display pics and i rebot msn but its the same wht i'll do now but in the conversation window plus .. plugin there is every thing but the bigger size of disp. i cant find iit
pllllz help

You'll have to add it in again...   Delete the picture you are currently using and go add it like you would add any other picture.  Then you will have a pop up asking if you want to keep the picture the original size, click yes, and there you go.

Oh Ok Thanx i was thinking that will make there DPs BIG NoT mine

i've installed it, and it used to work but i formatted and installed again and it's not working.  i did everything in the readme text file and it still ain't working.  no splash screen or nuthin.  can anyone help pleaaze?
