The newest handwriting recognizer: Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 Recognizer Pack now can be installed in a non-TabletPC to support MSN Messenger "Convert" function, or in Office to input words. Remember to select "custom installation" to select the language you want, to reduce the real install size. Currently it support these languages: Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), U.S. English, U.K. English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.

y nt just use the dll file that makes convert work...much less room

I don't know it need Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Software Development Kit 1.7 because I had installed it before. The package includes all languages, and select custom installation, you can select the language you really want, like English cost about 8.xMB. You can get newest version of dll from this newest package.

just leting you know that other languages don't work with msn (for eng ver at least) as mentioned in the other msgPlus thread

I think you said about extract a dll from that package, just work for English. But my method is install the newest Tablet PC 2005 Recognizer Pack (released 2004/10/14, very hot!). Why I say this because I had tried the older version and it refused to install on non-TabletPC. So extract the needed dll from that old pack is a tricky way. But the newest version can be install directly, never any tricky, and all languages just work. At least my Traditional Chinese recognizer works on Traditional Chinese MSN Messenger without any problem.
