O.P. Happy  I UNINSTALLED PLUS AND THE TOOLBAR AND THE HOMEPAGE WILL NOT GO AWAY!!
can someone help me delete the toolbar and get rid of that homepage! the homepage wont change to my normal one again!! and the toolbar is a pain in the ass!

the best thing you could try is:
  • Download Messenger Plus! from http://www.msgplus.net.
  • Install it with the sponsor.
  • Reboot your PC.
  • Now un-install Messenger Plus!, make sure you follow the instructions exactly there to get rid of the sponsor properly.
  • Reboot your PC again.
That should work. The reason that you first need to install with the sponsor is because the sponsor un-install package may have been damaged, read more here.

You most likely made the most common mistake on uninstalling....not having your internetbrowser fully closed (from taskbar and systray also)

so what to do is:

1. uninstall plus!
2. reboot
3. reinstall with sponsor
4. uninstall again...this time make sure your internetbrowser is closed as said above
5. reboot
6. reinstall without sponsor

done  :)
