Is that possible create a plugin wich list me everybody who some contact is talking to?
In other words... I want to know with who my friend of my list is talking at this moment...

Is that hard to do?

i dont know if its possible or not but its illegal cause its an invasion of privacy.
why don't you just ask this contact who they are talking to?

That would be a complete violation of privacy, so I don't think it would be done.
