Previously i installed msg plus 3 and SPNG on my computer..
and it worked fine.. yesterday i installed
Windows XP Service Pack 2 and now i cant change my settings through MSG plus.

I tried reinstalling PLUS and SPNG but no luck.

Normally when i have just installed SPNG and run MSN the first time.. it loads up SPNG the confg screen but it just crashes.

I also tried searching the forums havent found a similar problem.

i've got SP2 and i don't have this problem, just wait i'm sure TB will help you on this one

i wanna be able to change my settings..
well just then i tried to configure settings the menu came up!
then when i exited it and tried again.. back to crashing..

well my friend has sp2 and its working fine.. i really have no clue whats wrong.. i can get a copy of that report XP makes when someething crashes..

I have SP2 and have the same problem. I've had the problem from the moment i installed SPNG. I really like the plugin but it wont let me get to the config screen without crashing.

i've got sp2 and theres no problem, it mite be summin else wiv ur comp rather than sp2

I install one a user account and it works fine on that one but on the others it screws up. The account i Install it with is an administrative account.
i'm running Messenger 6.2.0137
Messenger Plus! 3.25.106

Msn executable isnt patched in any way.
Is there any known conflict with SPNG and other plugins or addons. I Have Messenger Discovery if that helps.

When I run it and go to configure it closes messenger with no warning or error message.

can you please make that make sence or explain yorself better please

from what i understand of that, u have tryed to install stuffplug-ng twice ??? there is no need to do that, even if u have mutli email address

no not that i kno of (but someone may correct me)

Sorry that first sentence was messed up. I have only installed it once.  It works on the account i use to install it the xp user account. When i go on my brothers and try to configure SPNG on his it crashes. I dont even know if the user account stuff matters but im just trying to give all the info i can.

is he a limited account ???

if he is, he mite not have access to the plugins directory

No he is an administrator also.
