Ok, i've downloaded tweak ui from the xp site, and every time i try to start it up i get this image:



any idea how i can enable it, as i am the administrator, and haven't put any restrictions on it whatsoever.

For some reason, I can't open regedit at all either?

Doesn't the page I mentioned address that issue as well?

Yes, but it won't let me do that either, i'm just stuck in a pit of hateness at the moment, and it sucks!! I can't do much with it ..
