That's weird. :S Try resizing the chat window a few times and also try hiding the title bar a few times (by clicking on the little button with the arrows on the top left corner of the chat window). :)

This could be caused by the new Msg Plus! Beta if you're not using MSN 7 beta i suggest you uninstall it and go back to using plus! 3.25.106.

It only happens in MSN7: I have MSN6.2 and MSN7 running side-by-side at the moment, and that white bar only appears in MSN7.

I figured out how to fix it..

I installed Messenger Plus! 3.40b, then the latest MSN Messenger 7.0 Beta and then ran the Mess Patch for MSN Messenger Beta. I had the same problem, that white bar at the bottom.

Then to fix it I ran the Mess Patch again (make sure you have all the options ticked), restarted Messenger and the white bar was gone. :)

The solution has been posted in mess forum.

It can be solved by this patch.

No, I have XP just like everyone else. It's not me or my computer, other people are having a problem getting the patch to work, this guy over in Mess.be forums had the same problem as me. But I did what Jaguar, installed the Patch to removes the "Beta" word etc. and it fixed it.

That little box or whatever you want to call it will be used to deliver information [Or maybe ads] to MSN Messenger Users. It'll sort of be like a news/stock ticker.
