StuffPlug NG doesn't enable polygamy ! (i think)
Anyways, for polygamy, take a look at CookieRevised's reply to JnrzLoader 6.1.0.211 for the Jnrzloader, or you can download several polygamy patches to enable polygamy from here. Note that patching your Messenger is illegal.

well, the Stuffplug-NG version you have is the new beta for MSN 7, downloadable here. But you referred to stuffplug.com and the version on there is older (0.7.39), and does not support/enable polygamy
