at first this option worked fine, and updated for the user's status... but now, under "Last Seen Online" it says "currently online" when the user's status is actually on "away".

1) when it says "currently online" do they mean that theyre actively chatting? or is it supposed to be their status "away", "busy" etc.
2) is there any way to refresh the user's status? i tried logging out, in hopes that it would reset or something, but it never happened.

ahhh im going crazy trying to figure this out, please help!

1) 'Currently online' means that they are not offline, so they could be Online, Busy, Away, Idle, BRB etc. In other words, you can initiate a conversation with them.

2) Someone's status is refreshed by the server sending a special command to the clinet, so there isn't a manual way of doing this.

In other words, everything is A-OK
