Really amazing the MsgPlus, but since i´ve installed it, the voice chat doesn´t work even the ".exe" transfer files... i just can send files with ".zip" or other than the ".exe"...

Not likely to be Plus to be honest.
If you say you're having trouble sending EXEs, then just zip them and send the ZIP. As for the voice, make sure that you have your mic installed correctly, and that it works.
