I've just installed MSG Plus today, so bare with me.

I was wondering if there was a way to resize a person's display picture while i'm chatting with them, because the default setting is kinda small to look at.

No you can't, but there is a way that they can make it bigger, by download www.stuffplug.com it has loads of features, including larger display pictures, but you won't be able to view the display pictures unless they have a large one up i'm afraid mate.
