This is really minor (not even sure it's worth reporting) but I connected my PC to my TV today with S-Video (GeForce 2 MX w/ S-Video out) and when MSN loaded, my desktop contacts were spewed randomly around the screen.

There's a reson for that: your floating windows were probably on the edge of your screen and when you connected yourcomputer to your TV, your resolution changed, forcing Messenger Plus! to reset the position of the floating windows.
