If you have StuffPlug NG, you can get it to turn addresses in your nickname into hyperlinks.

StuffPlug NG cannot make your name clickable for all your contacts. It will make links in names clickable for the person who has StuffPlug NG installed. If your friends don't have it installed while you do, you will be the only one with clickable URLs in nicknames.
