Hey,

does anyone have any ideas on how to make an offline talker?

I'm afraid that I don't think that there is a possible way, when you are noticed as offline, the people who have you on their list close the connection between your pc and theirs, therefore you won't be able to talk to them, and when they opened a convo with you, it wouldn't allow it, and it would open up their email client afaik.

hmm, i thought maybe if i could just enable the conversation input box then i could do it.. but i guess not

i dont particularly wanna use messenger discovery, that and i wanted the feature for version 7

or i suppose if you don't want the extra downloading, you can block all your contacts using the "block group" feature then unblock the few people you want to talk to, though this might be a pain if you have a lot of contacts in your mobile group
