When someone sends message to me (msn 6.2.0137), the convesation window pops up to my screen what means I get no sound about new message. It stays minimized when convesation is already open and minimized to system tray. Before installing Plus (v. 3.25.105) it never happened. Is this type of thing normal with Plus or is it something wrong with my installation?

This is not supposed to happen. Are you sure your settings are right? (MSN sound settings). You could try to uninstall Messenger Plus! and see if the problem still exists then.
Everything is back to normal when I uninstall Plus. I did check in the registry that 'show not minimized' in Plus options is not checked. The sound-settings are alright cause as I said, this is happening only with first message from someone, not when the convo-window is already open.
Edit: got it fixed finally with TweakUI - had to uncheck "prevent applications from stealing focus".
