how about a plugin that can make u be able to put any emoticon u want in your nickname that can be visible on the contact list

P.S : i tried to put an emoticon of mine wiht my own shortcut it wont work.

you can't.
Custom emoticons can't be displayed in your name, just the default ones.

A plugin cant do it, the protocol just doesnt allow it as far as i know
