can anyone create a plug in that will auto send a file or receive a file like irc-like where the contact simply just type command like /request [title] and it will send the file by auto. or even receive a file auto when i'm away~somehow something like irc~

There is a File Server plugin for MSN Messenger available, take a look at http://www.msgplus.net/pluginsdb/down/?action=file&id=52. I think that's what you want

you CAN receive a file auto if the option is on
