how used the special characters? 
i have xp sp1  Msg+ msn6.2 
and special charaters not work i have that   ††‰Š

What special character r u refering to ?? Do u mean the trademark or copyright symbol. For those open character map in your start->Programs->Accessories->system tools->Character map in win xp.
For any other special wayz to put your online name u may wanna goto mess.be and or the top itself there are a few dropdown lists. Browse thru them

If so, take a look at Mess with your nickname too.

ok andrey im going to read nickname message .but many charactere doesnt work and i dont no why.....

U mean it rite ?? Dunno know if it works. I dunno if it will but i think it should in chinese/japanese version of windows. I dont have it and ive not seen it so i cant say much
