hey i got a suggestion maybe for a future msg release. Why not be able to use flashing font. Having your font flash like every second or half a second and you could have any colour font or size. Hope I explaned it good enough, whats everyone one think of the idea!?

This wouldn't be possible because it would require changing already sent text which isn't possible with  the MSN protocol.

he's talking about blinking text in msn messenger, not HTML.

And i think it would be possible, however wont be done cos no-one would like it.

Yes I know he's talking about blinking text in MSN messenger. But I think that people who remember the annoying <blink> tag from HTML wouldnt ask for flashing text in IM

That's stll possible, just not through html. You just have to make an animated gid and voila, everyone hates you





Example:

that wouldnt be very efficient, and it would mean you would have to create a new gif every time you wanted to say something, however you could have a blinking emoticon alphabet, and use the emoticon limit remover.

I saw it on that urban legend movie some girl was chatting on the net with some simple instant messaging progeam that could use flashing font crap movie though .... very stupid .... i recon it would be an ok feature it would be annoying sometimes but people use them really light fonts which is annoying to but i just askt hem to change and i would do the samr for the flashing font, it would be best used as a one word or 1 sentence kinda thing
