I installed MSN Messenger Plus, but I also had MSN BETA. Now it keeps saying "A fatal error occurred. Messenger Plus! cannot add its features to the version of Messenger you're currently using."

You need to download and install a Messenger 7 compatible Plus version, which you can get from here.
Keep in mind that it's a beta (just as Messenger 7), this means they are not a final version and may have problems or errors. Read more about Messenger Plus beta here.
BTW, it's "Messenger Plus!", not "MSN Messenger Plus"
