Well the idea is about a webcam emulation, what the plugin would do is allow
you to show any video to the person you are talking to. It's doesn't matter
if you don't have a web cam because the video you show would be in your pc.

This could be done by creating a webcam driver to play videos with. This wouldn't be too hard to make for some of the people here, but im afraid I can't really help here because I'm just learning making programs and drivers I'll see if I can find one of these on the internet, and if so, I'll put it up here.
