Is there a way that files downloaded from MSN can be checked for virus?  I have tried to activate the feature in the tools section but when I specify Norton Anti-Virus it just doesn't allow any files at all.

Is there no such thing???  What is everyone else doing to insure that they don't download any virus or worms?

If you go to Tools > Options > File Transfer you can tick on the box, and then you browse for your antivirus, which would be found (in your case)... C:/ > Program Files > Norton Antivirus ... if you're using a firewall, that may be the problem,

So what is my choice?  To turn off my firewall?  If I do that it's worse - is that not right?

Is there no way to have my firewall and the anti-virus?
