It doesn't work with me...

Maybe it's because i've MSN 5 and Win XP, but ya said it should be no problem?

Either IM or email me (neil _ _ mitchell@hotmail.com - note the 2 underscores) with full details of how it doesn't work (i.e. what error message, what happens/doesn't happen) and I'm sure I'll be able to get it working for you.

I can't install it, it says: defopts.ini file not found! what can I do?

You have to extract preserving directory structure, not using Drag and Drop. On WinZip just use the extract button, you should see the directory "bin" created.

This is my fault because I should have written an installer - an update with an installer and many enhancements will probably be available today some time.
