Is there any way to make it works. Please show me the method as I have quite a number of them. Thank you.

RE: Emoticon Question
What Messenger version are you using?

MSN Messenger 6 doesn't support animated custom emoticons and the max size is 19x19 px.

MSN Messenger 7 beta does support animated custom emoticons and the max size for them is 50x50 px.

RE: Emoticon Question
The official MSN Messenger 7 beta is supported by Plus, but you need Messenger Plus! v3.40 beta, which you can get here.
