I have a problem with my coloured nickname. I understood the Technique of how to make one, but as you can see in my cut Screenshot the Chars before and After my name don´t look the Same, although I used exactly the same Chars. What did I Do wrong?

Hmm, cna you please post what you wanted the characters to look like or something?

Sure... I just want the two black things before and after the "Lone Starr" look the same. I used exactly the same characters but for some reason the Font seems to get smaller after "Lone Starr". I could have used other Chars, it would be the same problem.

Does anybody know and see what I mean?

So are you trying to say that the black symbols before the Lone Star and the black symbols afer should be the same?

To me it looks like the 1st group of symbols are in bold but the others aren't. Maybe you should check that

I got it, but that was not the reason! All Letters were bold. But as I just found out, this Letter -> &#324; <- was causing the Problem. This Character seemed to involve all following Letters looking smaller. So watch that, if you are using Unicode Letters for your nick. As soon as I changed it to a normal "n" all everything went fine.

<edit> and as you can see, that special n can´t even be displayed here in the posting </edit>

<offtopic> By the way: I suppose, thats also the reason, why the global Nickname for MSN Groups can´t be changed anymore sometimes. </offtopic>
