I used to have the handwriting add-on for Messenger before I upgraded to MSN 7 and Messenger Plus for MSN 7.  Now it seems I can only get the handwriting function for Windows XP but I only have Windows 98.  Is it possible to get a handwriting add-on that works on MSN 7 and with Windows 98?

no, handwriting doesn't work on windows 98

no it didn't, it only works on systems that are based on windows NT and not dos iirc so it only works on Windows 2000 and XP and anything newer

The hardwriting redistributable package that needs to be installed for the handwriting to be enabled must be and can only be installed on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2k3 Server, Windows XP 64 Bit Edition, and AFAIK Longhorn will work as well. The handwriting redistributable package cannot be installed on Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows NT simply because of the code base of the files needed to enable the Cursor to become a pen. CookieRevised please come and correct the reason it wont work, I am pulling shit out of my ass atm .
