What about reporting Reputation Vote comments? 

For now, you can PM me and ask me to review a user's (you or someone else) votes... I'll go through every one and delete the ones lacking good reasons. If you want to know what I consider "not good," well...

Can't think of anything else right now.

I haven't started coding a report feature for reputation votes yet... currently I'm working on a page that shows all the votes given by a user. Only that user and admins will be able to view the page.
