I get the error 81000314 when signing in...It's like :
Failure getting on .Net Messenger Service.The Service is temporaly(not the word for sure) offline. Please Try again later.
Click Help to see the Service Status

No on a more serious note, the servers are punching people offline with "reconnect" messages (Ususually telling clients to reconnect within 5 to 10 minutes). After that the servers which just booted you give "Server too busy" errors, MSN Messenger will usually find a suitable server after trying one or two more times. I guess they are taking some servers down one by one for maintenance, booting everyone still on it.
