when I type the command alt 1 or just use / I can choose the command (in Dutch)

the [my username] gives a nice chocoladebar to [other username]
there are 2 more of these commandlines. They don't give any sound.
Does anybody know if they're supposed to give a sound, or are they just quick txtcommands?
