 | | O.P.  corrupt file thers this one file on my computer that has become corrupt and i can't delete it, when i send it to teh recycleing bin, then empt my recycleing bin it gets moved to the folder "C:\Recycled\", then when i go to delete it, it goes back to the recycleing bin, its just a cycle, is ther a way i could perminently delete it, because i can't defrag my PC untill its gone, i've tryed shreding programs but it wont work, PLEASE help |

 | | RE: corrupt file have you tried restoring the file to its exact place an Renaming the file to say OLD.RPM an then reboot an then delete the file ? try that method, |

 | | RE: corrupt file Have you restored it to is original location then hold shift and press delete? This should permanently delete the file skipping the recycle bin.
 Give that a shot.
