when i make custom sounds sometimes the bar where i edit the sound is missing

That's happened to me a few times too, I just move the slider and it goes back to normal

Do you have the same problem when you use the default theme?

I'm using Windows XP SP2 and the Crystal dlb visual style and sometimes I have the same problem, looks like a small glitch with XP themes.

Had the same a few times, but not very often.

Sometimes when I'm in a conversation and I'm using the "Enhance IM with Plus toolbar" or whatever, the Plus button will stay, but the sound button will fade away.  The only way I've found to get it back is to close the windows and reopen them, only to see it's still gone after a few minutes, or it'll stay open when I use like 50 sounds in a conversation...

Nm guys, I figured it out!  I had my typing area sized too small, which made the sound icon disappear!
