Does anyone have a fix that will reduce the time that the "xxx is writing a message." message will go away after they decide to delete their message in MSN 7.0.0632?
It's really annoying having to press a key to disable it because then they get a "andrew is writing a message".

yar i get the same thing i expect a big long message then there's nothing

Well, here is a bug, i dont think there is a "fix" by now, we will have to wait for the release and see if its fixed

Yeh, i noticed that, but it only happens for one of my contacts though

yeah it happens pretty much to all my contacts, it can be annoying sometimes, but you can say its a bug because when my contacts are OFFLINE (window still open cause i haven't closed it yet) it still says my contacts are typing me a message

It never happened to me before Messenger 7...

This is weird... it never happened to me ever!

I think it depend on where you are at, what time of the day it is and if your using dial-up or dsl or whatever. I have a computer on both sides of my house and the other person is already walking toward the front of the house, I thought the whole time they were typing. And I have cable internet and it is still slow during certain times of the day.

Yeh it's really odd and annoying giving you false hopes people are talking to you thought i was popular for a while hehe

Maybe it'll be fixed for the final release
