It seems like whever I try to send someone a file or someone tries to send me one, MSN goes all retarded and I have to sign in again. It's highly aggravating

I have MSN 6.2 installed and Messenger Plus! 3.50.124 installed. Anyone have any idea of what might be happening and how I can fix it? Thanks much

What exactly happens to your MSN? Freezing? Crashed? Blank transfer

Well you see, it just sort of ummm does nothing lol

My MSN conversation windows just all go blank and they just sit there. I can't even close them so I have to resort to the good old alt-ctrl-del and sign in again. It's getting traumatizing

that's strange.. are all your other msn functions working well? if not, try unistalling it, and reinstalling it again..

maybe trying the offical beta version at the same time? File transfer seems to be ok with it..

Hmm you know what the sad thing is? Sniff I uninstalled and re-installed it like 3 times now and it still does the same thing

The beta version as in MSN 7.0? I had that one originally and I wanted to shoot the developper . I mean it wouldn't let me do ANYTHING. Logging on was a big enough problem but I'd always get disconnected and if miraculously I was connected for longer than like half an hour, the darn thing wouldn't let me send any messages . So yah then I downgraded to 6.2 lol

Lol I'm taking the safe route and asking people to upload whatever and just send me the links. I wonder how long they'll put up with me ahahahaha

And ummm no it's not the firewall. I don't have one up right now. I know that's kinda dumb but yah, I'm looking for one. Anybody have any suggestions btw lol?

Oh and btw my problem isn't only with file transfers. As I just learned like 5 seconds ago, MSN also freezes when I try to use my webcam
