This is indeed "impossible"... If there is some very hardcore porgrammer out that might be able to do this, then please don't!!!
... This subject have been discussed about before... And I think people have agreed/come to the conclusion that it would requiere a hell of a lot of "wasted" bandwidth...

If the bandwidth problem could be solved and someone couldfind a way to get the emotions and but them in the nickname then this would be possible, but please don't ever expect this to ever happen... Only if the MSN Messenger Develpors would do this then we would have Custom Emoition in nickname, but besides that then I don't think this is ever going to made...
