Hi I'm new here,but I'm in a hurry.
My MSN 7 doesn't work.
The error signature is :
AppName: msnmsgr.exe        AppVer: 7.0.632.0    ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180         Offset: 0001bf9f

Please give me the solution because the error starts when I run MSN Messenger,so I can't use it

i had this happen to me yesterday. i uninstalled messenger, installed the 6.2 version. than just upgraded to the beta. and it worked ok after that

But the error only occurs in my account(Win XP)

Use the official beta, uninstall your current Messenger and download and install this one: http://messenger.msn.com/beta

EDIT: In your Windows user account? Or in your Messenger account?

remember MSN7 is still a Beta..  your best bet is to uninstall 7 an remove its MSN Messenger folder from Program files DIR an reinstall MSN 7

I dunno but if youre in a hurry you can use webmessenger at http://webmessenger.msn.com or use msn on another version? the best thing to do would be to downgrade to the latest 6 build ; 6.2 downloadable at http://messenger.msn.com

yeah.. but what i did worked for me . i had the same exact error  message.

I'll use the webmessenger first then I'll reinstall

so happy to finally be usefull after 300+ posts

Woah after I used the webmessenger and I didn't change anything, I can use MSN Messenger again . What a relief
