Hello!

This "enhance my contact list" doesn't work on my computer. it works on other computers, but not on mine. i am using WIN XP, MSN 7.0 BETA .425 version and MSn Plus! 3.50 version. And I can not persuade the computer to shom me the enhance icon on my contact list. Help!

There is no enhance button next to the names in the contactlist anymore. But if you rightlclick your contactsname the Plus! extras are there.

Your contactlist should look like this (i erased my contactsnames ):



If you mean the icon you see next to MSN Today isn't showing..try it on an unpatched/unskinned MSN Messenger (in other words: run MSN Messenger installer again and choose "repair") 

Also make sure that your contact list window is wide enough, coz if its quite small/slim, the plus! icon wont show

Edit: so you can try making your contact list full screen, and then see if the plus! icon is there

Hello! Thanks for trying to help, but it still doesn't work. The problem is, yes, that the enhance icon in the contact list doesn't show, and yes, MSN extras do show, when I rightclick on them.

But the enhance icon has other functions that i miss because the icon is not there. One of them is, that you can see how many emails you have in your POP3 email accounts.

I have tried to reinstall the MSN 7.0 and the Messenger Plus!, but nothing changed. The icon doesnt show. I have tried to resize the contact list window, but the icon is still not there.

I have even try to install the english version of MSN (currently I am usin Slovene version), and it didn't help either.

However - I also do not see the MSN icon, but I guess it comes with the sponsored version of Messenger Plus!. ?

At last: I have tried to rerun the Messenger Plus! instalation file and there is no function "repair" in in the menus.

Any other suggestions? I would be very thankfull. Thanks!

Nope, Messenger Plus! has nothing todo with that icon. In fact Messenger Plus! will not add any advertisements or other icons then the Plus! icons to MSN Messenger (even _if_ you've installed the sponsorprogram).

Sunshine meant the MSN Messenger install, not the Messenger Plus! install.

Yes, Sunshine has suggested to repair the MSN, my mistake.
But it works now, my colors were not set properly.
