because of this, now to get the right time i have to use gmt+1

you tick the box next to the time zone "Enable DST Correction"

Yeah, as Lee Jeffery said use the DST correction box. As for some kind of auto correction, it is possible yes, but there are a few problems.
Daylight Saving time correction happens at different times at different times in different places. So MyBB would have to be set up to know your location and correct DST when it is (if it is) in your area...
The whole clock can't be put forward a whole hour for everyone, because some countries do it at different times. And the forum doesn't store where you live as a variable
