what msn, and plus versions do you have?

the programme thats supposed to tell me when people have opened a box to start a convisation.  msn 6.2 with latest Messenger Plus

When referring to 'open window thingy' do you mean

Wouters Open Convo Plugin

or...

Stuffplug NG

Have you tryed uninstaling the open window addon/plugin?

i can't sign in, it might be msn server.. i'll give it sometime. yes thats the one, wouters openconvo notifier.  ill check out that link, thanks joa x
