| Plus getting wrong email count |

O.P. Plus getting wrong email count
For some reason, Plus! is getting the wrong new email count. It says I have 105 new messages, but when I check my Gmail, it says that I have 6 new messages.  Anyone know why it does this? |

when you set up a pop account make sure you set it to count messages from no on not all messages

I did, and I didn't see anything different about what King For A Day said. (It said the same thing about getting it to count new email messages.) |

There is a whole lot more to it. Simply setting it count new email will NOT work in the end....
and King should've linked to that thread in the first place. It wasn't made for nothing...

i have read no, the reason mine has been fine is because i havent had any emails in there because i hardly use it 
this only works once then because of the way gmail works it starts again.
is this permant for now or are there any fixes? |

no there are no fixes as long as gmail continues to *beep* up the POP3 protocol, as explained in that thread.
