O.P. Stuffplug-NG question

Hey. WIth Stuffplug-NG, it is possible to use oversize emots and display pics, but will others without msgplus and Stuffplug-NG be able to see them?

If they are using MSN Messenger 6.2 they will, but if they are using MSN Messenger 7.0 they need StuffPlug-NG to see them.
