I dont have a very fast pc, and i wanna know if i can disable winks and the animations of msn 7.

Yes you can, you simply have to go to your preferences window, then in Messages, and it does the trick

There is the option to do this, under tools>options>Messages, and there is a checkbox there for you to choose if you play them or not

you can disable winks in Tools > Options by disabling the option to play them when they are received in the Messages tab

and you cant specifically disable animated emoticons (assuming you meant emoticons) but you can disable all custom emos by unticking Show Custom Emoticons in Tools > Options > Messages

if you meant DDP's like characters with moods or muggins etc. then afaik they cant be disabled but as with emoticons, you can disable all of them by disabling "Show display pictures from others" in the General tab of the options

If you have 128MB Ram and up it should work fine, but it wouldn't hurt to slim it down if ur not gonna use those feature.

yup, Tools > Options > Messages > Allow me to send and receive nudges

yes, its all under tools>options>Messages
