Nine out of ten times I try to look for new custom sounds there forign. Is this normal? My friend says he doesnt have them? Im using the newest versions of messenger and plus. Any ideas?
Messenger Plus! grabs the sounds from the server, and everyone from all over the world upload sounds to that server. There's currently no way to filter the random results by language (or anything, for that matter) because that would be a ton of work. Maybe in the future, though.
