Whenever my friend tries to start MSN messenger he gets this error:

Does anybody know how to stop this error from persisting, as he can't access msn messenger, he can't access any secure connections, and programs keep "Not Responding"...

It may have something to do with Norton Internet Security, but still... It say's that I am not the supervisor, and my mate doesn't have a user, so no settings can be changed, wierd thing is, my mate installed it and he is the administrator of this computer...

I tried to follow the instructions on that website, and what I got didn't help me at all...

I think that the problem may be related to something to do with accessing secure connections, anybody got any ideas on what I can do about this?!?!

have you made sure that his internet security isnt set to high. i think there is an option for not allowing secure connections.
