hey, just asked a mate o mine if the top o his main messenger window was orange, he said no, mines has been orange since the first beta i've attached a pic.
anyone tell me a solution to fix this??
using msn 7.0.0777 and msgplus 3.52

I can't find any references to this on the internet or the forum. Could be a problem with your graphics card drivers, try and find the model number of your graphics card and download and install them.

i've got the latest drivers from the nvidia website but still the same, its only msn that the colour is wierd everything else works fine.

emm reinstall messenger 7.0 ( uninstal and install msn messenger ..)

done it many times had the problem since beta, 6.2 is fine, though it was a common error in beta until i got the final and it was still orange.

Do you use any visual styles or visual enhancement programs to make Windows look nicer, if so, disable them and see if it still happens.

Also please could you confirm your version of Windows?

i'm using windows 98, i'm not using any visual enhancement program.

try closing some programs..

looks like a memory problem.

used to happen to me

av only ever got zonealarm open when am on msn, got 70% memory free tryed it with zonalarm closed and still the same.
