Is there a free program which can record what your screen displays and change it to a video format?

I've searched and found nothing, please help

Try Screen Recorder It's only a trial though but i found it useful.

Camtasia Studio also trial (30 days)

That's to capture webcam feed from MSN Messenger, not what is displayed on your screen.
