i installed msn 7.0

i saw it sucked so ive installed 6.2 again and now i get questionmarks ...

how come? how can i fix this... euhm.... ?

You may need to download a language pack:

but because ive installed 7.0 and then uninstalled it..so i could install 6.2

You probely need to reinstall the .NET 1.1 framework.
I'm not sure if you can "reinstall" it.
Try uninstalling it and installing it again from control panel > add/remove programs > Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

If you don't have it installed, its worth downloading.

well i cant find a decent server to dl it from.......

Would journal viewer have anything to do with that, because i rmember a long time ago msn would bitch at me for not having it installed when ever i entered a convo.

I also get this sometimes but if i talk to the contact for a while (usually only a few seconds) the problem seems to fix itself.
